The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Thursday, April 19, 1979
Leon R. Rich, 27, of 223 Vincent, Belding died Tuesday at 5:40 p.m. as the 
result of injuries sustained in a motorcycle and truck accident on North State 
Road, Belding.  He was born in Belding on July 11, 1951 and was employed at 
Belding Products Corp.  He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and 
National Guard No. 1073 in Greenville.

Survivors include his wife, Karen; two sons, Leon and Nicholas, at home; 
mother, Nora Rich of Belding; two sisters, Pamela and Patricia of Belding.  
His father preceded hi in death in January 1968.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Belding 
with Father John J. Wisneski officiating.  Burial will be in St. Mary’s 
Cemetery.  Members of the family will be at the Charles M. Courser Funeral 
Home this evening from 7 to 8:30, with rosary being recited at 7:30.
