Ionia Sentinel, 16 Jul 1974

Mrs. Mabel Rich, 79, one time area resident, died Sunday evening at a nursing 
home in Sparta where she had been a resident for several years. 

Survivors include: two sons Clare and Alfred of Grand Rapids, a daughter, Mrs. 
Dorothea Patterson of Lake City, four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren 
and one great-great-grandchild.

Services will be at 11 a.m. July 17, from Ryers’ North Valley Chapel at Fuller 
and Three Mile roads in Grand Rapids and burial in Sydney cemetery.
