Born Olive Pearl Bradshaw, Oct. 25, 1890, near Gowen, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Bradshaw. As a young girl she came to Belding to work in the silk mills. In 1913 she was united in marriage to Elmer Rich who survives. To this union were born seven children all of whom survive: Mrs. Louis (Ivah) Loomans, Mrs. Don (Evah) Edwards; Leslie Rich; Mrs. Sheldon (Anna) Rhodes, Midland; Mrs. LeRoy (Leah) Palethrope, Greenville; Mrs. Milton (Aletha) Ward, Greenville and Mrs. Edwin (Deloris) Palethrope and 11 grandchildren. Two brothers, Edwin Bradshaw of Greenville and Delbert Bradshaw of Gowen. She was a member of the Baptist church of Belding and from there services will be held Thursday at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. Frank Gillett officiating. Burial will be in the family lot in River Ridge cemetery. Pallbearers will be nephews. The body reposes at the Fitz-John Funeral Home.
