The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, October 29, 1979

Edna Richardson, 83, 218 Broad St., Clarksville, died this morning at her 
residence.  She was born Sept. 27, 1897 in Clarksville, the daughter of 
William and Mary Walter Richardson. 

She graduated from Clarksville High School in 1917.  In 1931 she joined the 
Clarksville Congregational Church, now the Clarksville Bible Church.  She was 
employed by Ray Leonard at a local Clarksville hotel for 2½ years before going 
to work in 1927 at the Marvin Hardware in Clarksville, now owned and operated 
by Ernest F. Wood.  She retired from the hardware in 1976.

Survivors include several cousins.

Funeral arrangements will be announced later by the Pickens-Koops Funeral 
Chapel in Clarksville.
