NORMAN RICHARDSON
CLARKSVILLE - Norman Richardson, 88, of Clarksville died at Butterworth Hospital,
Grand Rapids.

He was born March 10, 1892 in Clarksville, the son of Harry and Hattie Leese
Richardson. He attended Clarksville School.

He married Amelia Long in Clarksville, She died in 1944. He farmed in the
Clarksville area and also worked in a furniture factory in Grand Rapids, retiring in 1962.

He was a member of the Masonic Lodge 451 F&AM.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Beth Wacha of Greenville; a son, Norman Jr. of
Albuquerque, N.M.; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mae Sheldon of
Clarksville.

Services were held at the Pickens-Koop Funeral Chapel in Clarksville with the Rev.
Arthur Ruder officiating. Burial was in the Clarksville Cemetery.
