LLOYD RICHARDS, 85
Lloyd "Pete" Richards age 85 of Ionia,MI passed away September 11, 2018. he was born
on March 1, 1933 in Lakeview, MI the son of Cornelius and Effie (Laughton) Richards. He
married Linda Morrison on April 4, 1987. Peter served in the Army during the Korean
War. He retired from Amway in 1993. He enjoyed gardening, playing cards, hunting and
fishing, watching old Western movies and just tinkering around.

Surviving are his wife Linda Richards of Ionia; children Brad Richards of
Minneapolis, Doug (Carlyn) Richards of Grand Rapids, Cindy (Tom) Hulliberger of Saranac; 
siblings Sattie Walker of Greenville, Joyce (George) Tyberg of Stanton; 2 step-
grandchildren Kris Hulliberger and Kassandra Hulliberger; one grandchild on the way 
and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife 
Suzanne, brothers Earl Richards, Jack Richards, Floyd Richards, Walt Richards, Bob 
Richards, Tom Richards, Abe Richards; sisters Phanny Coco, Betty Duncan and grandson 
Christopher L. Sprank.

Funeral services will be held at the Lake Funeral Home on September 15th at 12:00
p.m. Interment Easton Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Those
wishing may make memorial contributions to Arthritis Foundation or charity of your choice.
