Belding - Winnifred “Wynny” P. Riches, 78, of Belding passed away peacefully
Thursday, July 25, 2002, in York, Penn., after a long illness.

She was born June 20, 1924, the daughter of William and Maxia Armstrong
Phillips.  She was a devoted mother, grandmother and friend to many.  She served
on the Montcalm County Senior Senate Board and the Foster Grandparent Advisory
Board.  She worked for many years at Christensen’s Nursing Home and at the
Montcalm County Commission on Aging.

She is survived by her children, David and Gayla Riches, Deb and John Curler,
Darcey and James Juzwiak; her grandchildren, Derek, David and Erica Riches. Sara
Eickhoff, Chastity and Brian Edlefson, Levi Curler, Emily, Abbey, Anna and Peter
Juzwiak; and five great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her
parents; and two grandchildren, Darcey Wyn and William Juzwiak.

Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Monday at Richardson Mill Apartments Community
Room, downtown Belding, with Dr. Dominic Ausciello, MD, officiating.  Parking is
available at the south end of the apartment complex.  Interment will be Otisco
Township Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to
Alvah H. Belding Library.  The family is being served by Johnson-Feuerstein
Funeral Home, Belding.
