                                MRS. DOROTHA RICHMOND

Funeral services for Mrs. Dorotha King Richmond, 73, of 9681 Burton Road, Smyrna 
were held Friday,April 28, at the Charles M.Courser Funeral Home.

Mr.Richmond, a life-tome resident of the area, died April 25 at Belding 
Community Hospital after a weeks' illness.

Rev. Kent Troyer officiated at the services, Interment was at Smyrna Cemetery. 
Pallbearers were Ralphie Richmond, David Oswald, Bob Grounds, Don Simmons, 
Willard Youngs, and Don Youngs.

Mr.Richmond was born May 13, 1898 in Saranac. She was the daughter of Ralph and  
Bessie Youngs. She was married to Frank L.Richmond August 9, 1920 in Ionia. She 
was a member of Smyrna Gospel Church, Smyrna Extension Club and a life member of 
Maccabee Lodge.

She is survived by her husband Frank; three daughters, Mrs.Donald (Joyce) 
Simmons of Dayton,Ohio, Mrs.Jack (June) Ground of Lansing, Mr.Robert(Jessie) 
Oswald of Holt; three sons Charles and Ralph of Smyrna and Frank Jr. of rural 
Belding; two brothers Alan and Carl Youngs of Lansing; 18 grandchildren.
