Ionia Daily Sentinel, 11 Aug 1958

Guy William Rickert, 45, died Sunday at the Ionia County Memorial hospital.  He 
was born December 30, 1912 in Keene township, the son of William and Mary 
(Howe) Rickert of Keene.

Surviving are his wife, Emma; two sons, William and Carl; two daughters Joane 
and Iva Jo, both of Saranac, and two sisters, Mrs. Bernice Dennis of Lansing 
and Mrs. Iva Cahoon of Saranac.  One half brother, Ray, and a half sister, Mrs. 
Lena Brown, preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at the Morris funeral 
home, with the Rev. Howard Bull officiating.  Interment is to be at the 
Pinckney cemetery in Keene.  Bearers will be Don Kimble, Harold Goff, Clinton 
Hayes, Ward Conner, Floyd Cook and Dick Veltman.
