Loyal W. Rickner, 71 Passes in Hospital -   Loyal W. Rickner passed away early
Tuesday morning in Butterworth hospital. Funeral services will be held Thursday
afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Roth Funeral home, Rev. J. M. DeVinney officiating. 
Burial will be in South Boston cemetery.  Loyal W. Rickner was born June 27,
1887, in Boston township the son of Louis A. and Emma M. Rickner.  He attended
schools in Boston township, later entering Lowell High School where he graduated
in the class of 1906.   He was married to Etta Gable, March 27, 1920 and they
spent most of their life in this vicinity.  He is survived by his wife Etta; a
son Fred l. Rickner; two grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Maude Oesch, all of
Lowell; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
