Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, 9 May 1952

Services for Ernest O. Rider who died at the Eckert Nursing Home Monday after a 
short illness, were conducted by the Rev. Luther Martin of Grand Rapids 
Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Myers funeral home.  Bearers were Willard Farrell, 
John Darling, William Jacobs, and Ben DeHart.  Interment was in Highland Park 
cemetery.

Attending from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Jones of Philadelphia, Pa.; 
Mr. and Mrs. George Savage and Mrs. Elba Randall of Lansing; Mr. and Mrs. Den 
De Hart and Mr. and Mrs. Rudy Hearns of Lowell; and Mr. and Mrs. William Rider 
of Flint.
