John Tennyson will conduct funeral service for A. Harmon Rinker at First Baptist church Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock. Mr. Rinker, 60, who lived at 134 West Lincoln avenue, died Wednesday morning at Ionia County Memorial hospital. He was born December 5, 1904 in Montcalm county and the family moved to Ionia where he graduated from Ionia high school then attended Ferris Institute in Big Rapids. October 31, 1931 he was married to Thelma Harwood of Ionia. For 21 years Mr. Rinker was employed as a sales representative for Ionia Pottery company and the past 12 years he was employed at Orson Coe Auto Sales. He was a member and former trustee of the Baptist church and member of the Masonic lodge. Surviving besides his wife, Thelma, are a daughter, Mary of Lansing; two sons, Ronald of United States Army in Washington state and Richard of Ann Arbor. The body is at Stone-Kauffman funeral home where it will repose until time of service at the church. Burial will be at Balcom cemetery.
