Ionia Sentinel Standard, 28 Aug 1978

Mrs. LaGreta L. Ritenburgh, 64, of 1504 Rochester, Lake Odessa, died Friday 
afternoon at St. Mary’s in Grand Rapids where she had been a patient for one 
month.  She was born November 26, 1913 in Lake Odessa, the daughter of Albert 
and Anna Klopfer Russell and attended Lake Odessa schools.  She married Hubert 
Ritenburgh July 19, 1943 in Lake Odessa.  He preceded her in death September 6, 
1973.  Mrs. Ritenburgh was a life long area resident.

Survivors include three sons, Van Arthur Russell, Roger Ritenburgh and Robert 
Ritenburgh of Lake Odessa; two daughters, Mrs. Beatrice Burton of Nashville and 
Mrs. John (Rose) Rosquin of Lake Odessa; one brother, Claude Russell of Lake 
Odessa; one sister, Mrs. Avis Vierk of Lake Odessa; five grandchildren and 
several nieces and nephews.

Services are at the Pickens-Koops funeral chapel Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. with 
burial in Lakeside cemetery.
