Ritenburgh died at the home of his son George, King street, at 3 o’clock Friday morning after an illness that was brief in spite of his advanced years. The funeral services will be held from Boynton’s undertaking parlors Sunday afternoon at 2:30. The interment will be in the Tuttle cemetery. Mr. Ritenburgh was born in Canada 90 days ago next October. He came to this state when a young man, and has been a resident of this vicinity for 70 years. He was a mason by trade, but a greater part of his life he spent at farming. He owns a farm in Orange township. He was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church. Surviving him are the following children: Mrs. Ella McCary, Mrs. Emma Merrit, and George Ritenburgh, Ionia; William Ritenburgh, Union City, and Mrs. Ida Whitmore, Portland.
