                               GORDON H.RITTER

HASTINGS-Gordon H.Ritter, 71, of Hasting's, died Thursday at Thornapple Manor in 
Hastings.

He was born July 13, 1915, in Prairieville, the son of Hugh and Lillia 
(Grames)Ritter.

He married Grace Green on March 15, 1936 in Goshen,Indiana.

He owned and operated Ritter's Service in Saranac for 18 years.

Surviving are his wife, three sons,Leo Ritter of Hasting's Richard Ritter of New 
Mexico, and Douglas Ritter of Stanton; two daughters, Dorothy Walter of Ionia 
and Joyce Tracer of Lake Odessa two brothers Morris Ritter of Gowen and Elmer 
Ritter of Hasting's; two sisters,Olive Henslzeman of Florida and Opal Cudney of 
Copemish; 18 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren. 

One brother preceded her in death.

Funeral service will be Monday at 1 p.m. at the Galilee Baptist Church in 
Saranac, the Rev. James Frank officiating.

rial will be in Clarksville Cemetery.

The family will be at Lake Funeral Home on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 
8:30 p.m.
