LAKE ODESSA- Ronald W. Rivett, 50, of 3743 Lake Michigan Drive, Walker, former 
Woodland resident, died Saturday at his residence.

Born Oct. 10, 1934, in Detroit, he was the son of Stanley and Eva Schmidt 
Rivett. He graduated from Woodland High School in 1953 and served from 1953-57 
in the U.S. Army.

He had managed the Zephyr Oil Co. in Walker for the past seven months.

Surviving are two sons, Douglas and Jeff of Hastings; four sisters, Barbara 
Jenkins of Hastings and Marlene Jemison, Roberta McLeod and Arlene Forman, all 
of Woodland.

A son, Lewis, preceded him in death.

Funeral services were Thursday at 3:30 p.m. from the Koops Funeral Chapel in 
Lake Odessa.

Burial was in Woodland Memorial park.

A memorial has been established in care of the funeral chapel.
