Lee F. Roberts, 43, of 1026 Yeomans street died Saturday, May 8, at 11:15 a.m. 
at the Ionia County Memorial Hospital where he had been a patient since 
Wednesday.  He was born in Easton township February 9, 1911, and had lived all 
his life in Ionia.  He had been an employee of the Ionia Manufacturing Company 
for the past 16 years.

He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Etta Roberts, with whom he made his home, 
two brothers, Elga and Carl, both of Ionia, two sisters, Mrs. Archie Nevins 
also of Ionia and Mrs. Howard Misner of Lansing.

Mr. Roberts was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock at Boynton 
funeral home with the Rev. Howard Johnson, former pastor of the Lincoln Avenue 
Baptist church, officiating.  Interment will be in the family lot at Easton 
cemetery.
