Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 6 Sep 1963

Funeral service for Harry B. Roberts, 83, of 412 West Washington street will be
held Saturday afternoon at 3 o’clock at Stone-Kauffman funeral home.  He died
late Thursday evening at Ionia County Memorial hospital where he was confined
one day.

He was born September 13, 1879 in Easton township, the son of John and Euphamia
Roberts.  For many years Mr. Roberts was employed at Ypsilanti Reed Furniture
company and later Ionia Manufacturing company from which he retired in 1951.

He is survived by a nephew, Kenneth Roberts of Alma, and a niece, Mrs. Lee
Jakeway of route one, Stanton.

Burial will be at Oak Hill cemetery.
