Katherine Mae Roberts, 49, of Sattford, Va., formerly of the Greenville/Belding
areas, died unexpectedly Friday evening, July 7, 2006, in Simsbury, Conn. 
Katherine was born Nov. 2, 1957 in Belding, the daughter of Lawrence and Eva Mae
Wireman Lyons.

Katherine was a loving person and will be greatly missed by her family and
friends.  She had recently moved to Virginia with her longtime friend and
fiancé, Delbert Fuhrman Jr., owner of A-1 Seating.  Katherine was very excited
about their move and new life working with Delbert, installing theater seating
in the United States.  They were working in the Simsbury area at the time of her
death.

Katherine was preceded by her mother, Eva Mae Lyons.  She is survived by her
father, Lawrence Lyons of Greenville; fiancé, Delbert Fuhrman Jr. of Sattford,
Va.; children, Joella Sue and Michael Face of Washington State, Gequittia Marie
and Michael Atwood of Grant, Eva Mae Roberts of Greenville, Ronnie Roberts of
Battle Creek; grandchildren, Rayray and Sheyanne; and brother and sisters and
their spouses, Brenda Shaw of Belding, Peggy and Randy Wyman of White Cloud,
Diane and Mike Kauffman of Sheridan, Larry and Debbie Lyons of Greenville, Tom
and Sally Lyons of Langston, John and Louise Lyons of Belding, Joy and Ed Gross
of Ohio, Joella and Larry Earl of Belding.

Funeral services are 2 p.m. Thursday at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home,
Belding, with Pastor Ken Harger of Shiloh Community Church officiating. 
Cremation will take place following the funeral service.  The family will greet
relatives and friends two hours prior to the service.  Memorial contributions
may be made to the wishes of the family.
