Priscilla L. Roberts, 87, died Monday at Ionia County Memorial Hospital.  She was 
born Feb. 27, 1901, in Elkhart County, Indiana, the daughter of Jacob and Lizzie 
Miller Kauffman.  She attended schools in Indiana.  She was married to Milo Frain, 
Matthew Boynton, and Kenneth Roberts; all preceded her in death.  She was a member 
of the Hope Church of the Brethren, Freeport.

Surviving is a son, Walter Frain of Fort Wayne; three grandchildren; 12 great 
grandchildren; and 10 great great grandchildren; a brother, Dan Kauffman of Port 
Charlotte, Fla.; and a sister, Ruth Kauffman of Clarksville.  A daughter, Nancy, and

a brother, Joe, preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. from the Hope Church of the Brethren, 
with the Rev. Richard Wenger officiating.  Burial will be in Grandville Cemetery.  
Memorials have been established for the Michigan Heart Fund and the American Cancer

Society, in care of Koops Funeral Chapel, Clarksville.  The family will be at the 
Clarksville chapel Tuesday from 3 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 8:30 p.m.
