ANSON ROBERTS DIES UNEXPECTEDLY WED.
Neuralgia of the Heart Causes death. Lived in Vicinity All His Life. Funeral at
Calvary church, Friday.

Again people of this village were greatly surprised by the news Wednesday morning of
the death of Anson Roberts, a life long resident of this village and vicinity.

He suffered an attack of neuralgia of the heart Sunday evening and after that time
was kept quiet at home. However, he suffered another attack and died early Wednesday
morning.

Mr. Roberts was born in this vicinity in September 1867 and until about 20 years ago
he was a farmer. When his health began to fail he moved to the village.

He is survived by his widow Mary, three sons Frank of lake Odessa, Lawrence and
Maurice of Lansing. there are five grandchildren and one great-grandchild; a brother George
in lake Odessa, and one sister Mrs.Angie Bever in Odessa township.

A prayer service will be held at home on north Main street at 1:30 o'clock with
funeral services at the Calvary U.B. church at 2 Friday afternoon. the Rev. S. S. Cox will
officiate. Burial will be at Lakeside.
