Lyons Herald, 4 Oct 1917

Mrs. Hugh Robertson died Sunday night at midnight at her home in this village.  
Her maiden name was Lucretia Della Gee, and she was born in 1880 on her father’s 
farm east of Lyons.  In December 1903, she was married to Hugh Robertson and to 
this union five children were born, now left motherless.  A few years ago she 
united with the M.E. church of Lyons.  Her home was her place of Christian 
service, and when recently she learned that a fatal disease had fastened itself 
upon her, she met the end bravely and in calm faith.  Funeral services were held 
at the home Tuesday afternoon, Rev. Geo A. Brown officiating.
