The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Saturday, December 14, 1946
William H. Robertson, 26, died at his home in Brighton Wednesday at 9 a.m. 
after a lingering illness.  He was born November 24, 1920 in Ronald, the son 
of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Robertson.  He attended Ronald rural school and graduated 
in 1937 from the Ionia high school.  In 1942 he was married to Marian Miller 
of Brighton.  He was employed at the Ford River Rouge plant as a tool and die 
marker.

He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Jacquelin; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. 
Ray Robertson and two sisters, Mrs. E. L. Ross of Tucson, Arizona, and Mrs. 
Dana Tucker of Detroit.

Funeral services will be Friday at 3 p.m. from the Stone funeral home with the 
Rev. Wayne David officiating, preceding by services at 10 a.m. at the Keehn 
funeral home in Brighton.  Interment will be at Highland Park cemetery.
