The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Wednesday, October 7, 1942


Mrs. Almeda Robinson, 78, died Monday morning at her home in Randolph, Ohio, 
after an illness of several months.  She is survived by seven children, Ozantha 
Mosier of Ionia, Mrs. Ellen Reinhardt of Watson, Mrs. Goldie Mulnix of Flint, 
Jennie Robinson of Owosso, John Cochrun of Ionia, Owen Cockrun of Ionia and 
Ezra Cockrun of Carson City; two sisters living in Ohio; 25 grandchildren and 
seven great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Robinson lived in Ionia about 20 years ago.  Her remains will arrive in 
Grand Rapids Thursday morning at 4:30 o’clock and will be brought to the Myers 
funeral home where services will be held Thursday afternoon at 1 o’clock.  Rev. 
John Youngs will officiate and burial will be in the lot in Oakhill cemetery.
