Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 6 Apr 1944

Funeral services for Patrick Richard Robinson, 18 months old son of Mr. and Mrs.
Harold Dawson, Division street, will be held Saturday morning at 11 o’clock at
SS. Peter and Paul church.  Rev. Fr. John S. Fons will officiate and burial will
be in Balcom cemetery.

Dr. Charles Black, pathologist of the Ionia County Memorial hospital, announced
results of a post mortem performed at the hospital Wednesday evening.  Results,
sent to the hospital board of trustees by Dr. Black, disclosed that the child
died of acute dilatation of the heart, enlarged thymus gland, and a lympatic
condition
