March 8, 1934 CEREBRAL TROUBLE TAKES DR. ROBINSON Employed at Soldier's Home Hospital in Grand Rapids. Practicing Physician Here several Years. Word was received here Wednesday noon of the death of Dr. John W. Robinson in Grand Rapids. For several years Dr. Robinson practiced medicine in Lake Odessa, coming here from Springfield, Ill. He served as health officer part of the time here. He was appointed to the medical staff of the Soldiers' Home about two years ago and moved the family consisting of a wife and daughter to that city where they have since resided. Dr. Robinson was stricken in a down town restaurant and taken to Butterworth Hospital where he passed away about noon. The funeral will be Friday afternoon at the Berton A. Springs funeral home at 3 o'clock. The body will be taken to Springfield, Ill.. for burial. He is survived by the widow, a daughter, Miss Margaret Robinson, Kalamazooo; his father, Alexander Robinson; a brother, Charles; a half-brother, Harry and two half-sisters, Mrs.John Woolly, all of Highmore, S.D. and Mrs Edith White of Lead, S.D..
