Robinson, 66, Lake Odessa butcher who came to Lake Odessa in 1945 from Grand Rapids, died Monday morning after being ill for several months. In 1948 Mr. Robinson retired from the butcher shop he operated because of ill health. Surviving are his wife Lena; two daughters, Mrs. Ralph Rickman of Greenville, Betty Robinson of Kalamazoo, and Mrs. George of Grand Rapids; two sons, Gerald Dent of Kalamazoo, and Thomas at home; 11 grandchildren; his mother Mrs. Mary Alice Robinson of Grand Rapids and three sisters, Mrs. Jo Mol of Grandville, Mrs. James Mol of Grand Rapids, and Mrs. Benjamin Corning of Morristown, N.J. Funeral services are to be conducted Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the Pickens funeral home. Burial will be at Lakeside cemetery.
