Marion Eloyce Robinson, 79, of Saranac, passed away Tuesday, October 12, 
1999.  She was born July 2, 1920 in Gratiot County to Simon P. and Anna Leland 
Helms Guernsey.  She married Gerald Robinson June 14, 1941 in Ohio, and he 
preceded her in death March 24, 1997.

She is survived by two sons, Arden C. Emery of Belding and Gerald J. Robinson 
III of Ionia; two daughters, Charlett (Jack C.) Rutz of Saranac and Lesa R. 
(Charles William) Theisen of Wilson; one brother, Leonard (Dorothy) Guernsey 
of Ionia, 15 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.  She 
was also preceded in death by an infant granddaughter.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held Monday at 1 p.m. 
at the Galilee Baptist Church with the Rev. James Frank officiating.  
Interment of ashes will follow in Highland Park, Ionia.  Arrangements by the 
Lake Funeral Home, Saranac.
