Larry C. Roche, of Ionia, age 57, loving husband, brother and uncle passed away 
on Tuesday, July 29, 2008.

He was born on Jan. 23, 1951 in Ionia the son of Emmett and Anita (Chalender) 
Roche. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, June Margaret 
Fockler.

Surviving are his wife of 28 years, Jessica M. Roche; siblings, Robert E. Roche 
of Florida, Vivian (Karl) Holther of Ionia and Nancy (Harold) Steffes-Glasslee 
of Grayling; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bridget (Deano) Strickling of Ionia, 
Joseph (Rosie) Hufnagel of Ionia and Ann (Jim Briggs) Bath of Newport Beach, 
Calif; aunt Margaret Swainston of Lyons and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Per Larry’s wishes, there will be no services. For those desiring, memorial 
contributions may be made to the Safe Haven Humane Society, 330 Fourth St., 
Ionia, MI 48846 in memory of Larry C. Roche. Arrangements are entrusted to the 
Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, Ionia. Online condolences may be made at
