Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Wed. Oct. 21, 1987


MUIR- Myrul L. Rock, 87, a former resident of Matherton and Ionia, died Monday 
at an East Lansing nursing home.

She was born August 22, 1900, in Detroit. She was married to Warner Rock, who 
preceded her in death in August 1971.

She lived in Matherton until 1970 when she moved to Ionia. She moved to East 
Lansing in 1980.

Survivors include one daughter, Lorraine Taylor, of Phoenix, Ariz.

Graveside services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the East Plains Cemetery in 
Matherton with the Rev. Norman Wiebert, retired United Brethren minister 
officiating.

There will be no visitation. Arrangements by Hull Memorial Chapel, Muir.
