Ionia Sentinel Standard, 12 Aug 1929

Mathias Rocka, 81, of Portland, died August 8 and the funeral services were held
Monday morning at 9 o’clock in St. Patrick’s church and the interment took place
there.  Seven children survive.  They are Theodore, Harry, Mrs. W. M. Smith,
Lansing, and John and Miss Isabel Rocka, of Portland.
