Sentinel-Std. - Monday, March 2, 1964

PORTLAND- Mrs. Jane Mary Rogers, 41, wife of Francis Rogers, died Sunday 
afternoon at St. Lawrence hospital in Lansing after a "lengthy" illness.

Mrs. Rogers of 815 Union street, had resided in Portland 25 years and was the 
former Jane Mary Witgen of Westphalia.

surviving besides her husband and two sons, Lawrence and Gail, and three 
daughters, Ms. Linda Lehman, Donna and Pamela; all of Portland; two brothers, 
Joseph and David Witgen; one sister, Mrs. Alice Thelen and her parents, Mr. and 
Mrs. Peter Witgen, all of Westphalia.

Rosary will be recited at 8 o'clock Tuesday evening at Neller funeral home. 

Rev. Fr. J.J. Amman will officiate at the funeral service at St. Patrick's 
church Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. Burial will be at Portland cemetery.
