Esther E.Rogers
Esther E. Rogers, 87, of Fenwick, passed away Wednesday, March 10, 1999, at 
Ionia County Memorial Hospital. She was born Dec. 26, 1911 in Belding, to Alfred 
and Ruth Hale Moore.

She graduated from Belding High School in 1974. She attended Shiloh Community 
Church and was a member of the Eastern Star and the Wally Baum Airstream Club.

She was married Feb. 17, 1934 in Belding, to Lynn M.Rogers and he receded her in 
death on May 5, 1989. She was also preceded in death by her parents and two 
brothers, Robert Moore in 1988 and Russell Moore in 1976.

She is survived by her children, Mary Ell and Danny Groom of Fenwick, Susan and 
James Warden of Fenwick, Richard and Pam Rogers of Orleans, David and Jean 
Rogers of Ionia. Dr.Robert and Debbie Rogers of Orleans, Daniel and Cathy Rogers 
of Orleans, and James and Margaret Rogers of Manistique; 19 grandchildren; and 
16 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 11 am. Saturday, at Shiloh Community Church, with 
Pastor Kenneth Harger officiating. Interment will be in Woodard Lake Cemetery. 
Visitation will be Friday from 7 to 9 pm at the Johnson Funeral Home, Belding.
