Robert Coogan Root II, aged 46, of Ionia, passed away May 13, 2007. He was 
born August 9, 1960 in Greenville, MI the son of Robert and La Donna (Burley) 
Root.  He was a graduate of Ionia High School.

He is survived by his wife Naomi Root of Ionia. His mother LaDonna Root of 
Ionia. Children Robert Coogan Root III and Dana Irene Root both of Ionia. 
Brothers Thomas and Jenny Root and Nathan Root of Orleans. Sister Lynda and 
Randy Winright of Belding. Mother and Father in law Roy and Connie Munger of 
Ionia. Sisters in law Rhonda and Steve Meyers of Pewamo and Teresa and Kevin 
Meyers of Wyoming, MI. Several Nieces and Nephews.

Memorial services for Mr. Root will be held Thursday 11 a.m. at the Shiloh 
Community Church with Rev. Kenneth Harger officiating. Interment Woodard Lake 
Cemetery.  There will be a visitation at the church on Thursday 10 a.m. until 
the time of service. Anyone wishing may make memorial contributions in 
Robert's name to his family. Arrangements by Lake Funeral Home of Ionia.
