Ionia Sentinel – Thursday, 16 September 1954
Funeral services for Lyle J. Rork of Long Lake who died Sunday evening were 
held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock at Boynton funeral home with the Rev. W. 
W. Pixley officiating.  Pallbearers were Cecil, Ronald and Jack Rork, Frank 
VanVleck, Lyle Chadwick and Frank Minier.  Interment was at Palo cemetery.

Those attending from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Rork and Mr. and 
Mrs. Cecil Rork of Kalamazoo, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Rork of Muskegon and Lyle 
Chadwick of Flushing.
