Rose, 53, of route one, Trufant, died Sunday afternoon at United Memorial hospital in Greenville after an illness of five months. Mrs. Rose was born in Greenville, April 28, 1914. The former Lucy A. Langworthy of Belding, she had lived in Cadillac, Grand Rapids and Greenville, and for 20 years she was an employe of Gibson Refrigerator company in Greenville. Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Pearl Langworthy of Belding; two sisters, Mrs. Theodore Westover of Caledonia and Mrs. Dewayne Watson of Belding; two brothers, Stanley Langworthy of Holland and Clifford L. Langworthy of Grand Rapids, and several nieces and nephews. Bearers will be Russell Hansen, Beryle Bodfish, Don Ritter, Fred Johnson, Dewayne Watson Jr. and James. H. Watson. Mrs. Rose is at Hoffman-Marshall funeral home in Greenville where funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Tom Allen and Rev. Don Morris officiating. Interment will be at Rest Haven Memory Gardens. Fitzjohn-Courser funeral home of Belding is making arrangements. The body will be at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
