Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock in the Congregational

church at Carson City for Jay Rosecrance, 76, who died Thursday morning in his farm

home near Carson City. The Rev. L. E. Dull will officiate and burial will be in 
Carson City cemetery.

Jay Rosecrance was born in Ingham county, December 16, 1869, and had resided at his

present home for many years. He is survived by three sons, Karl Rosecrance of Ionia,

Paul Rosecrance at home and Jay Levi Rosecrance of Detroit; two daughters, Mrs. 
Pauline Knott of Ionia and Mrs. Donald Wilbur of Jackson; eight grandchildren and a

sister, Mrs. Caroline Cline of Grand Rapids.
