Ionia Standard - Thursday, Jan. 22, 1880

"Grandmother"" Rosecrans, aged eighty four years, the mother-in-law of the late John

Tompkins, died at the Sherman House on Saturday. She was a Methodist, and her
funeral 
was from the church on Tuesday afternoon.
