Sebewa Lady Passes Away On Saturday

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Sebewa Corners Methodist 
Church for Mrs. Lucy Roseveare, 87, who died on Saturday, October 18, after an 
illness of two months.

Mrs. Roseveare had been a member of the Sebewa Corners Methodist church for 
many years, and Rev. Donald Strobe, of Sunfield, officiated at the services 
there. Burial was in Sebewa Cemetery.

Bearers were Herbert Evans, Don Benschoter, Bud Spencer, Carl Rischow, Melbourn 
Sanbourn and Burr Duffey. Surviving are three sisters and one brother, in 
England; nephew and niece, Mr. and Mrs. J.P. Ball, Portland; and Mr. and Mrs. 
H.W. Ball, of Middleville, Mrs. Roseveare was born in England on April 27, 
1865. 

Mr. Roseveare preceded his wife in death on August 30, 1945.
