John Rosquin Jr., aged 63, of Lake Odessa, passed away suddenly early Tuesday 
afternoon, July 3, 2007 while working in the woods.  

John was born in Sandusky, Mich. On June 19, 1944 to John Sr. and Beatrice 
(Allen) Rosquin, and was raised on the family farm.  The work ethic he learned 
on the farm defined the rest of his life.  For many years John was self-
employed in the drywall trade.  He loved being outdoors cutting wood.  John 
also loved to travel, and had visited almost every state. 

He is survived by his wife, Rose; children, Kari (Matthew) Wagster, Joretta 
(Brent) Johnson, John Rosquin III, Billy Rosquin, and Jennifer (Rodney) 
Keeler; 8 grandchildren, sisters, Elaine (Butch) Neff and Bonnie Hawkins; 
brother, Frank Rosquin; special cousin, Lottie Hawkins; and special niece, Joy 
Strickland.  John was preceded in death by his parents.

A time of visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, July 7, 2007 
at the Koops Funeral Chapel in Lake Odessa.
