The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, May 31, 1955
Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon at 3 p.m. at Sheridan for 
Mrs. Phydelia Ross, 85, who died at Sheridan Saturday at 4 a.m.  Burial was 
at  the Evergreen cemetery.

Mrs. Ross lived most of her life in Sheridan except for five years when she 
lived with a granddaughter, Mrs. Erwin Clark of Ionia Route 3.  She was born 
in Bushnell township, Montcalm County. 

Surviving are four sons, Mer Ross of Stanton, Earl of Sheridan, Clyde of Ionia 
and Howard of Flint; two sisters, Mrs. Phymelia Kobel of Sheridan and Mrs. 
Rheta Mossm also of Sheridan.
