The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Friday, April 4, 1969


A former resident of Belding, Mrs. Frances Bookey Ross, 80, died Thursday at 
Auburndale, Fla., where she had made her home the past six years.

Her first husband, Hubert Bookey, died in 1950.  Her husband Clarence Ross of 
Auburndale survives, also two sisters, Mrs. John Watson and Mrs. Marguerite 
Ward of Winterhaven, Fla.; five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Huffman funeral home in Belding.  
Rev. Chester Tanase will officiate and burial will be at Ashley cemetery.
