Belding Banner-News  Thurs. July 1, 1971

                                    WALTER ROTH

Funeral services for a former Belding resident, Walter Roth, 78, of Westbranch 
were held Saturday, June 26 at 3:30 p.m. at Huffman Funeral Ho e, Rev. Ross 
Tracy was officiant. Interment was in River Ridge Cemetery.

Mr.Roth who lived in Westbranch the past 10 years died Thursday, June 24 in 
Westbranch following a six month illness.

He was born April 1, 1893 and was a veteran of World War I.

Mr.Roth is survived by his wife, Dorothy; four step-daughters, Mrs. Marguerite 
Bock and Mrs.Evelyn Alguire of Ann Arbor, Mrs.Margaret Rickert of New Baltimore 
and Mrs.Ethyl Eddols of Dearborn; two step-on, Leslie Whitney of Homer and John 
Engel of Royal Oak; two sisters; one brother; 11 step-grandchildren; and seven 
step-great-grandchildren.
