Lake Odessa Wave - February 4, 1971
          JOLLY ROUSH DIES AT 87
   Frank (Jolly) Roush, 87, a retired farmer, died at his rural Hastings home
Wednesday about noon.
   He was born in Freeport Nov. 11, 1883, the son of Chancey and Vina Bell (Fox)
Roush.  He was married 
January 31, 1917 to Mabel Shellenbarger of Lake Odessa and moved to Hastings in
December of 1960.
   Surviving are his wife; one daughter, Mrs. Rolland (Phyllis) Leavell of Hastings,
two grandchildren, seven 
great grandchildren, and a half-sister, Mrs. Mabel Henning of Grand Rapids.
   Services will be held at 1:30 Saturday at Pickens Funeral Chapel.  Rev. Howard
Culver will officiate with 
burial at Lakeside Cemetery.
