Services for George Rowlander

George W. Rowlander, 69, of Grand Ledge, passed away November 30, in Lansing 
General Hospital after an illness of several months.

Mr.Rowlander was born east of Woodland December 4,1907, the son of Monroe and 
Lula (Wright) Rowlander. He was a tool and die maker for Oldsmobile for 34 
years, a member of the Quarter Century Club.

Surviving are his wife; Flora; four daughters,Mrs.Georgia Fry of Potterville, 
Mrs.Wilma Moyer of Portland, Mrs.Joyce Morr and Mrs.Marguerite Huhn, both of 
Grand Ledge; 16 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; one brother, Bert of 
Hastings and one sister, Mrs.Ruth Desgranges of Lake Odessa.

Services were held Friday, December 2, at 2 p.m. at Holihan Funeral Chapel,Grand 
Ledge with Rev.Royce Robinson officiating. Interment in Oakwood Cemetery.

The seven sons of Mrs.Ruth Desgranges and the late John Wesley Desgranges were 
the bearers.
