The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Thursday, February 25, 1971

Kenneth P. Rowley, 59, lifelong Easton township farmer from Dildine road, died 
Wednesday evening at Ionia County Memorial hospital.  Born July 21, 1911, he 
was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Ford M. Rowley.

Survivors include his wife Helen; three sons, Major Richard Rowley of 
Fairborn, Ohio; James of Ionia and David of Saranac; one daughter, Mrs. Gene 
Lewis of Lowell; 7 grandchildren; his father and stepmother, Mr. and Mrs. Ford 
Rowley of Ionia; and two sisters, Mrs. Henry Rathburn and Mrs. Carl Bennett, 
Sr. of Ionia.

The body is at Stone-Kauffman funeral home where friends may call until noon 
February 27.  Services will be at Easton United Methodist church at 2 p.m., 
the Rev. Chester Erickson officiating.  A memorial has been established for 
the Easton church of which Mr. Rowley was a trustee.  Burial will be in Easton 
township cemetery.
