Ionia Daily Sentinel, 2 May 1958

Funeral service for Mrs. Alta B. (Moore) Rowley, who died in Ionia Tuesday 
morning, was held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Stone-Kauffman funeral home.  The 
Rev. Hubert Ellis of Belding officiated.  Interment was at the family lot in 
Greene cemetery.

Bearers were Frank, Hiram and Ford Rowley, Claude Decker, Albert Schmidt and 
Guy Hoppough.

Attending from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Robert Antcliff, Mrs. Vada Cook, 
Lansing; Mrs. Evelyn Parker, Detroit; Mrs. Ernest Cobb, Casnovia; Mrs. Robert 
Tomlinson, Mrs. Bernice Miller, Mr. and Mrs. Upton Moore, Grand Rapids; Mr. and 
Mrs. Walter Skillen, Greenville; Mrs. Stanley Middlebrook, Frank Rowley, Mr. 
and Mrs. Hiram Rowley, Mr. and Mrs. George Treynor, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Treynor, 
Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Sprague, Mrs. Bert Tooley, Belding; Orva Beach, Palo, Mr and 
Mrs. Guy Hoppough, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Pierson, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Hall, Mr. and 
Mrs. Lester Hulbert; Mr. and Mrs. Elgie Warden, Albert Schmidt, Mrs. Claud 
McLellan, Mrs. Berniece Warden, Orleans.
