Rowley, 70, of Fenwick, passed way unexpectedly Thursday July 6, 2017. Fred was born on August 20, 1946 in Ionia, the son of Woodrow "Bill" and Caroline (Lehman) Rowley. Fred graduated from Ionia High School with the class of 1965. He was a talented man that could fix anything. He enjoyed woodworking, trips to the UP and he built his own A frame in the Upper Peninsula as well as the home he built on his 10 acres that he homesteaded near Palo. In earlier years, he worded at Chrysler Trim Plant in Lyons and more recently as a clock repairman for a local jeweler, a trait that he thoroughly enjoyed. Fred was preceded by his wife Mary in 2007. He also was preceded by his father in 1965, mother in 2012 and many aunts and uncles. He is loved and survived by his sisters, nieces and nephews.
