Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard
Pearl M. Rowley, 65, of Easton township died suddenly at the Ionia County 
Memorial hospital Saturday evening.  She was born May 28, 1886, at Lowell the 
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Parmiter.  She was stricken ill at an Ionia 
eating place about 7:00 pm and was removed to the Ionia County Memorial hospital 
where she died about 7:45 pm according to hospital employees.  She graduated 
from the Saranac high school and taught school for four years in Ionia county.  
She lived all her life in Ionia county.

She is survived by her husband, Ford, one son, Kenneth at home, two daughters, 
Mrs. Helen Bennett of Escanaba and Mrs. Beatrice Rathburn of Easton township; 
ten grandchildren, three brothers, Lester and Victor Parmitier of Detroit and 
Harold of Lansing.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 25 at 2:00 pm from the Myers 
funeral home with Dr Paul W. Stewart officiating.  Interment will be in the 
family lot at Easton cemetery.
