Robert Lydell Royal, aged 85, of Sheridan passed away January 10, 2006 in 
Sheridan. He is survived by his loving wife Kathleen; son, Richard and Jackie 
Royal of Poulsbo, WA. son, Paul Royal of Big Lake, AK; daughter, Debbie and Len 
Suiter, Anchorage, AK; son-in-law, Ben and Janis Boykin, Las Cruces, New 
Mexico; step children, Leonard and Carl Guernsey; Stephanie Jennings, Steven 
Guernsey, Glen Guernsey; Stephanie Jennings, Steven Guernsey, Glen Guernsey, 
Debra and Keith Waters, Ricky and Sarah Guernsey, Randy Guernsey and Sondra 
Graham; brothers; Dudley and Jean Royal of Pleasanton, Texas, Kenneth and 
Jeannie Royal of Seabrook, Texas, Charles and Mary Jane Royal of Houston, 
Texas; sisters, Nellie Jane and Hilton Culp of Belton, Texas, Helen Caroline 
and Martin Nichol of Houston, Texas; sister in law, Darlena and Leonard Deyoung 
of Holly, MI; uncle Roger (Doc) Wright of Stockdale, Texas. Fondly remembered 
by two brothers-in-law, Edward and Hart Johnston, David and Irene Johnston of 
Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada; many nieces and nephews. Robert and Kathleen shared 
thirty nine grandchildren, fifty seven great grandchildren and five great-great 
grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by  many special friends and neighbors. 
Funeral services were held Friday, January 13 at Lake Funeral Home in Saranac 
with Rev. Kenneth Harger officiating. You may make a memorial contributions in 
Robert's name to American Cancer Association or American Heart Association.
